Three members of the Joyce Foundation staff have been promoted in recognition of outstanding work and commitment to the foundation’s mission. Stephanie Banchero is now Program Director for the Education Program; Matt Muench moves to Senior Program Officer in the Employment Program; and Erin Hannigan has been promoted to Senior Communications Officer.

“One of the benefits of my job is watching people grow professionally and bring their particular skills to bear on our work. So it is especially gratifying to announce three promotions on a single day,” said Joyce President Ellen Alberding.

“Stephanie brings knowledge and perspective to the Education Program as a longtime education reporter, experienced in asking the right questions. Matt’s business background has led to exploration of innovative strategies in the Employment Program to help underprepared workers get the skills and knowledge they need for good jobs. Erin has distinguished herself as our first digital manager, and now broadens her communications portfolio to take on additional areas that will tap her project management skills,” said Alberding.
